Preparing to be a
Parent (PBP) Program
4 Sessions (both parents preferred) / $600.00
For expectant parents or young couples planning to begin a family soon this program is for you! You will learn everything you need to know to "hit the ground running" with your little miracle(s). We explore both of your families of origin and how you were parented, your parenting goals, the parent-child-connection, and child development.
Because parenting can and should be joyous and because we want YOU to absolutely fall in love with parenting!!!
Parent- Child- Connection (PCC) Program
12 Sessions/ $2,200.00
We'll begin by guiding you through an exploration of your unconscious feelings and beliefs that were formed from your own childhood. You'll learn about attachment science, nervous system science, mind-sight & brain science, and emotional intelligence. You'll begin to understand how your brain got wired, why you're triggered by certain situations, and how your parenting can affect how your child’s brain gets wired. Your new knowledge will absolutely transform the way you see and interact with your child, and how you understand his/her behaviors.
During sessions we'll coach you through "real time" parenting challenges by helping you see patterns and triggers and understand how they are influencing your connection with your child. We'll also explore boundaries, love languages, anger & healthy aggression, developmental play and language & social development. Finally, you'll begin to understand the importance of developing intrinsic motivation, autonomy, self-esteem, and emotional resilience in your child.
